Changing the Space to Keep You Connected!
With so much information available to us, our challenge as life long learners is getting connected to the right information at the right time. That’s why periodically we update the layout of the library. We want to get the right books and resources in front of you exactly when you need it. We’re so grateful for your input and feedback on these changes, and we’re especially thankful for some of these recent comments:
Two of the boys from the Morton Academy earned an extra field trip for good behavior, and they chose to come to the library for their reward.
A patron who came in today after a 5-6 year hiatus because her kids had left home for college. She said she brought her kids to the library a lot when they were young, and she couldn't believe how beautiful the library looks now. She was very impressed!
Several people have complimented how nice everything looks after our rearrangement! A patron recently came up to check out a handful of large print books and said excitedly, "I love our new area!"
Many people really like the seed garden. One person even commented, "The library inspired me to plant a garden this spring."
